Erika Yang, Founder and President

Erika is a dedicated student who is extremely passionate about participating in all business activities, such as DECA, as the President of Career Development. She was sophomore class president at Granada High School, along with being a class officer from ninth grade. She is also Vice-President at CACC in 2014 and 2015. Erika is also a competitive year-round swimmer for Tri-Valley Aquatics and varsity swim team at her school. In her spare time, she likes to draw and design graphics, along with competing in piano competitions. She also loves science and has won many awards in science competitions at all levels from county to international. 

Anyi Cheng, Vice-President of Technology

Anyi is currently a freshman student at UC Santa Barbara. She graduated from Gunn High School. Both at school and outside, she is actively involved in community-oriented activities. One of her biggest dedications is her position as President of her school's community service club, along with Vice President of the Spanish Club and Forum Editor on her school newspaper. Other activities include being a member of the Palo Alto Youth Council and serving as student representative in several school administration committees. 

Kaitlyn Wang, Vice-President of Organization, Sr. Secretary

Kaitlyn is currently a junior at Granada High School. She loves learning and exploring new ideas, and is a participant of the Tri-Valley GETSET program which introduces girls to STEM topics through hands-on experiences. She also volunteers through her school’s Interact club, which focuses on strengthening communities and helping those in need. Outside of school, she enjoys playing the violin and knitting..

Amy, Public Relations

 Amy is currently a second year college student at UPenn, majoring in Business. She’s been involved with YIBI since 2015, attending and mentoring business conferences. She was also the Vice President and Director of Public Relations of YIBI respectively for three consecutive years. In high school, Amy loved business and has participated many business-related activities

Nancy Tong, Vice-President of Marking

 Nancy Tong is currently a second year college student at UC Riverside, majoring in Theatre, Film, and Digital Productions. She’s been involved with YIBI since 2014, attending and mentoring business conferences. She was also the Vice President and Director of Public Relations of YIBI respectively for three consecutive years. In high school, Nancy was a part of a program called Start With a Story, reading to kids visiting family members at the Santa Rita Jail. Nancy has performed in several college productions, including Princess Ten Ten and the Dark Skies and the musical, Love’s Labour’s Lost. In her free time, Nancy enjoys dancing and knitting.
