​YIBI held its Winter Conference 2016 at Sofia University, Palo Alto, CA on Dec 29th, 2016. Nearly 40 students attended this conference. 

YIBI officers Erika Yang and Edwin Mui received awards from Senator Bob Huff in recognition of their distinguished contributions to our community and their leadership to inspire others to engage more in community service and public affairs.  

YIBI's founder Erika Yang gave a presentation about YIBI club at Senator Bob Huff and Assemblywoman Catherine Bake award ceremony.  Three youth clubs YIBI, PLAY, and GLI attended the award ceremony.  

Erika Yang and Edwin attended 5th UCAHP Startup21 Contest and won the 2rd place of Young Entrepreneur Award.   .   

YIBI officers Erika Yang and Georgia Higgins represented their high school this weekend at the DECA conference.

YIBI held its 2016 Grand Final Conference at Sofia University, CA. It was a huge success.

​Sunnyvale branch team attended Business for Social Respons Panel on Human Rights at Stanford University on Feb, 28th, 2017.

YIBI officers, Erika Yang, Kai Lin, and Armi Feng received grand prize reward at UCAHP Startup21 Young Entrepreneur Contest 2016. 

​On August 20th, YIBI held its 2016 YIBI Grand Final Conference at Sofia University, CA. 9 business leader teams from Bay area competed for the grand prize. It was a huge success and thank you everyone for coming out. 

​On December 29th, YIBI held its 2016 YIBI Winter Conference at Sofia University, CA. nearly 40 high school students attended this conference. The main topic is how to improve communication skills. It was a huge success. 

​YIBI members learned business characteristics through the process of selling kites at San Ramon Art & Wind Festival on May 29-30, 2016. It was an extremely hot day, but YIBI members stayed at the booth for over 5 hours fundraising. We ended up fundraising over $500 and couldn't be prouder!

June 20th-24th 6 YIBI members have attended a future business leadership boost camp. This camp teaches students the basis of business and how to successfully become a entrepreneur and start-up a business.

YIBI team participated in 2015 Sino-American Business Challenge Competition in San Francisco, CA 


YIBI members helped to promote YIBI club through a fair explaining to many people what their club was about and what our main three morals are.

YIBI holds a Chinese cultural session with many different girls specifically practicing and volunteering their hours to learn the Chinese Modeling Style on August 20th, 2015. 

YIBI officers Edwin Mui and his high school classmate attended 2015 science challenge competition at San Jose Science Museum.

YIBI team members (Erika Yang, Nancy Tong, Edwin Mui, and Steven Yuan) participated in 2015 Sino-American Business Challenge competition in SF.

YIBI's members were recently invited to attend VLAB's Annual Young Entrepreneurs at Stanford University. They met 6 young women CEOs.

May 17, 2015 YIBI and PLAY club campaign for community service. Teens have been involved in the "Steve Glazer for State Senate" campaign. All participants go door to door soliciting and handing out the literature or door hangers.  

YIBI hosted a public speaking training class from March 30th to April 2nd and developed public-speaking skills and leadership.

YIBI's members has co-organized a fashion show in a festival to celebrate Chinese New Year and its culture.

YIBI and PLAY two clubs hold WeiFan Kite Festival, teaching about the Chinese culture and the fine arts. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to do it soon again.

YIBI has organized an educational seminar for high school students and their parents about how to develop leadership skill. 

YIBI's officer, Erika Yang has attended the 4th Annual ACSEF 2015 and won 1st place in the high school chemistry category. 

YIBI's members attended APAPA TVC youth group seminar. The topic is "The 10,000 Hours to Greatness and Stress Management".

YIBI founder, Erika Yang, attended MIT Launch at MIT over the course of the summer of 2015. It was an amazing experience and will in the future encourage and help others with building interest in getting in and starting up companies!
